Best Links of the Week
Snow is in the forecast here in Colorado tomorrow. It makes me miss Tucson, AZ– where we lived a few years ago (this photo was taken at the Desert Museum). Tomorrow in Tucson it will be a balmy 72 degrees. This is the best time of year to be there– the desert is erupting with gorgeous blooms. We’re about due for a visit. Instead I will be holed up tomorrow evening working on a new look for the blog. I’m not sure how long it will take, but I’m antsy to start some new DIY projects. Meanwhile, here are some links I found interesting this week:
–The best foods to eat when you are PMS-ing at self.com
–The 10 cheapest, healthiest foods money can buy at CheapHealthyGood
–The USDA released a 2012 version of their Plant Hardiness Zone Map (the last version was released in 1990). See if your zone has changed by entering your zip code in the interactive map
–Kids art– wax resist paintings (these would make great wall art) at playingbythebook
–Kindergarten math bag– keep your kids busy with this activity at ChasingCheerios

Thanks so much for including me in your roundup! Off now to check out your other links…
They were so colorful, I couldn’t resist! I hope we can make them soon.
